If you only spend a few hours gaming from time to time, I’d recommend a low-cost gaming chair.
I’d also like to point out that it’s one of my top high-end gamer chairs, alongside the Secretlab Titan!
Size-wise, it’ll suit you if you’re between 1m65 and 1m95 tall and weigh no more than 150kg.

It’s very rare to find one with 75kg/m3, believe me, and that’s no mean feat!

It will return to its original shape every time, no matter how heavy you are or how much you abuse it!
So every seat will be as comfortable as the first.
As for firmness, it’s firm, which is great for long-term comfort (which is what’s recommended for back pain).
The side bolsters (especially on the seat) are very pronounced.
This means you’ll be perfectly supported in your seat.
As for the backrest, I’ve seen it much more pronounced, so it’s clear that Oraxeat has taken care to accommodate those with broad shoulders (I feel comfortable and free to move).
The seat and backrest feature a tilting mechanism that can be adjusted up to 15°.
This system means that even if you don’t adjust the tilt of your chair, you can still tilt it forwards and backwards as you move.
It’s very important to have this mechanism for long play sessions, to keep your well-being in check.
Frankly, I expected it: the gas lift is class 4…
In other words, when it comes to safety and strength for raising/lowering the wheelchair, you’re on top of things!

The aluminum base, I must say, is a rarity on gaming chairs (even sometimes on top-of-the-range chairs).

The Oraxeat MX800 offers a magnificent bucket seat.
Especially with its imitation carbon back, and is available in multiple colors so you can match it to your desk/LEDs!
The name of the boat is embroidered at the top of the backrest, but also on the front and on each of the two cushions!
I really appreciate little details like this, which show that they care about their products.
Similarly, the little triangles and micro perforations on the chair make it more comfortable by allowing the material to breathe a little more!
It’s a good-quality imitation covering!
More precisely, it’s a polyvinyl chloride-coated fabric, which holds up well over time and is tough/beautiful to look at.
However, in summer it can get hot (that’s why they’ve put micro perforations in the seat).
And polyvinyl chloride isn’t very environmentally friendly, but…
Very easy to wash and maintain compared to its cousin PU leather (which is already easy to maintain, that’s saying something…)
Two cushions are offered with the Oraxeat MX800, and once again, it’s a no-brainer!
The cushions are memory foam, and that’s particularly interesting, because…
The lumbar cushion is positioned at the base of your back, increasing comfort while respecting the natural curve of your back.
Having a memory foam cushion means it will adapt to every little detail of your back!
The same goes for the neck cushion, which is placed at the nape of the neck to respect the curve of your neck.
The seams are well-made, regular, not loose and not too tight either.
So they’ll do just fine for durability.
However, I find that the white stitching on a black armchair, for example, doesn’t look very pretty, they could at least have changed the thread.
The finishes are good…
For example, on most gaming chairs, the covers are made of plastic, which looks very cheap, and here it’s okay, it’s still plastic, but it’s a little more polished than normal!
The castors are solid and 75mm, which is more than the average 50mm.
They roll well, whatever the type of ground, and don’t snag.
Well, if you’re looking for maximum fluidity (which is far from being the case for everyone), you can swap them for rollerblade wheels!
The backrest can be adjusted from 85° to 165°, giving you a virtually reclining position.
Perfect for watching a film, reading a book or taking a nap.
There are chairs that go up to 180°, but…
I think it’s a real gimmick, and you’ll rarely go as far as 165°, but rather stop at around 135-140°.
On the right-hand side of the chair, you’ll find a lever for adjusting the backrest angle.
Under the seat you’ll find a lever for adjusting the height of the chair, as well as for locking/unlocking the tilt mechanism.
Finally, the castor is used to adjust the tilting mechanism (you can modify it according to whether you want it to be very sensitive or not).
Assembly is quick and easy.
The screws are already pre-mounted in the right places, so all you have to do is screw them in.
I’ve scoured the internet to bring you the latest news on this chair!
My overall impressions of this chair are that in terms of comfort and sturdiness, it easily outstrips the competition.
The PVC imitation is much appreciated, as it’s soft to the touch and gives a direct impression of quality, especially the carbon effect on the back.
Really wide people might not feel super comfortable in this seat, so watch out for that.
The 10-year manufacturer’s warranty is also very appealing.
In short: it’s perfect for gamers who play a lot of games every day.
The Klim esports is the Oraxeat MX800’s best rival.
Its armrests are also 4D-adjustable, the foam is also high-resilience, the backrest swivels up to 160°, the design is sophisticated, and the maximum load is 150kg.
It’s a perfect alternative, and one I’d recommend.
